    About the Role:

    We are seeking an organized and proactive Asset Management Coordinator to support our service operations. Key responsibilities include managing asset schedules, coordinating certification processes, and providing exceptional customer support.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Asset Scheduling: Plan, track, and manage service schedules for company assets, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met.
    2. Certification Coordination: Oversee certification renewals, ensuring compliance standards are met and collaborating with internal teams and external providers as needed.
    3. Customer Support: Act as primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, managing requests, and providing updates on services and certifications.
    4. Invoicing: Collaborate with finance team to generate accurate and timely invoices related to asset services and certifications.
    5. Administrative Support: Support team with general administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with policies.

    Requirements:

    1. Previous experience in customer support or coordination role, preferably within asset management, service operations, or similar fields.
    2. Familiarity with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    3. Additional experience with certification processes, compliance, or finance administration is advantageous.

    Benefits:
