- You support users inApplication Support by analyzing the error pattern by telephone,ticket system or in person
- You will beresponsible for diagnosing and rectifying technical faults as partof application support
- You ensure that ITqueries are answered promptly and solutions are provided
- You create and update instructions anddocumentation for problem solutions
- You testnew software and software versions and support the IT team withsoftware tests as part of g.a.s.t.'s sprint developments
- You work together with developers andadministrators to identify and solve IT problems
- You carry out user training
- CompletedIT training, ideally as an IT specialist or IT systemsadministrator - career changers with professional experience in ITsupport are also welcome
- Practicalexperience in IT support for users (remote/on-site) and workingwith a ticket system
- Experience in workingwith Windows, Linux, MacOS, iOS and Android operating systems aswell as common web browsers
- Good knowledgeof creating SQL queries and basic knowledge of a programminglanguage
- Service / customer orientation andproblem-solving skills
- High sense ofresponsibility, initiative and good communication skills
- Good knowledge of German and English
