    Job Title: Global Procurement Finance Accountant

    This is an exciting new role in Kerry, collaborating with global and regional procurement teams to drive business growth and manage costs. Responsibilities include developing FP&A insights, ensuring timely and accurate information delivery, and providing performance and forward-focused insights for effective decision-making.

    The role is hybrid, with 3 days per week onsite in our Naas offices.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage monthly reporting cycles for procurement spend, cost savings, and supplier performance.
    • Coordinate bi-monthly projection cycles and provide insights on commodity markets and coverage positions.
    • Ensure data integrity across procurement and finance systems.
    • Perform variance analysis between actuals, budget, and forecasts, highlighting key drivers and trends.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve data accuracy.
    • Support procurement managers with spend analysis and supplier benchmarking.
    • Provide financial data for procurement negotiations and supplier performance reviews.

    Requirements:

    To be successful in this role, we are looking for the right competencies and aptitudes, along with a proven track record of success in a similar role and environment.

    These include:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA).
    • Experience as a finance lead/accountant in a manufacturing site highly desirable.
    • Background in FP&A with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and improving global business processes an advantage.
    • Demonstrated ability to provide insightful commentary on business performance and support decision-making.
    • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
    • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools.
    • Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
