    Job Title: Director of Nursing

    Location: Dublin, Ireland

    Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

    Working Hours: Monday to Friday

    Salary: €80,000 - €100,000 per annum

    The Director of Nursing will be responsible for the overall management of a 66-bedded nursing home in South Dublin.

    About the Role:

    • Manage all aspects of care and services to residents clinically and operationally.
    • Assume responsibility for managing all staff within the nursing home.
    • Ensure all legislative requirements are maintained.

    Requirements:

    • Registered with NMBI (Fully Pinned).
    • Excellent clinical, leadership, and organisational skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Sound decision-making ability.
    • Level 6 Management/Supervisory Qualification.
    • At least 3 years' experience at management level.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Clinical Governance: Ensure that all clinical policies and procedures are up-to-date and implemented effectively.
    • Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of nurses and healthcare professionals.
    • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, including finance, HR, and facilities management.
    • Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure high standards of care and service delivery.
