Red Chair Recruitment is seeking an experienced Head Chef for one of our esteemed clients in Kenmare, Co. Kerry.

• Lead kitchen operations, including food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen audits.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.
• Develop creative menus and manage staff effectively.

Competitive salary up to €55,000 – €60,000 dependent on experience and qualifications.
