Responsibilities•Develop and execute omnichannel e-commerce and retail programs from the ground up to drive revenue growth by actively pursuing, developing and closing new opportunities•Drive ambitious organic growth by developing, building and maintaining relationships with omnichannel e-commerce and retail partners •Maintain excellent knowledge of ecommerce and retail industry trends and use data and information to adapt existing campaign strategies•Excellent understanding of total market size, margin requirements, and marketing tools•Establish and deliver sales goals, providing regular forecast updates to monitor progress against monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals•Build relationships with key internal decision makers in Marketing, Finance and Operations departments•Oversee daily operations including product content, site maintenance, inventory availability, pricing and promotional activity•Coordinate activities with the Marketing team including, but not limited to, product/platform launches, shopper marketing, digital/social media and influencer campaigns, growing awareness and sell-through with target demographics, and planning and deploying promotions•Responsible for strengthening the relationships with our partners through training, developing new accounts, creating sales and promotional opportunities, while working to hit volume and revenue targets for each account•Liaise with Operations team to ensure retailer inventory forecast align to stock, in transit, and production lead times•Work closely in the development pipeline to drive portfolio growth drawing from global retail and omnichannel best practices•Extensive travel as required Key Requirements•Minimum of 5+ years of expertise in product selling and business development with experience in developing sales through omnichannel networks •Proven ability to develop and implement omnichannel e-commerce and retails programs from the ground up •Experience in sophisticated sales environments, demonstrated success in sales through multiple partners.•Demonstrated success in growing business volumes•Experience in supplements, cosmetics and/or functional foods industries preferred•Experience dealing with US National Retailers (Walmart, Best Buy, Costco etc) advantageous•Bachelors / Masters, a background in science advantageous•Fluency in English•Fluency in other language(s) advantageousThe Ideal Person •Strong negotiation skills•Strong planning, prioritization, and project management competencies•Exceptional communication skills, including presenting and collaboration abilities•Experience with ecommerce and retail data analytics•Experience working with C-suite executives•An ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment•Outstanding oral and written communication skills: negotiation, deal creation and presentation skills•Self-starter with the ability to work individually and also cross-functionally across internal teams to problem solve and drive results
