Our teams of strategists, analysts, advisers and support specialists collaborate closely to spot and analyze customer needs and trends. In collaboration, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of Google Customer Solutions medium-sized businesses by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunity for growth, managing risks and creating multi-quarter plans for achievement.Communicate proactively with customers via phone, email and in person. Share and collaborate with Specialists and Product team members on new feature development.Implement creative ways to improve customer relationships, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions and promote other Google products.Identify key customer stakeholders, including C-level and business owners, and consult with customers proactively on calls, video conference and in person to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets.Work towards strategic business goals. Prioritize and deliver outstanding customer experience to grow our customers' business.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experienceSales/Account Management experience Ability to speak and write in English and Polish fluentlyPreferred qualifications:Experience in providing strategic advice to help advertisers get the best return on advertising investmentExperience in advertising sales, media account management, and successful client engagement and consistent business growthExperience in successfully working against an assigned quotaAbility to leverage business acumen to strategically assess and help solve client needsAbility to communicate effectively with various executive and non-executive levels, including senior marketing leaders
