The Fulfillment Acquisition advisor will be responsible for acquiring & on boarding new and existing businesses and merchants to the fulfillment program As a seller acquisition lead, you will be accountable for both onboarding merchants and assisting them to grow as they use eBay fulfilment to manager their inventory. Most merchants will have pre-existing relationships with eBay but some leads may also come through new seller sign up on eBay.



The successful candidate must be comfortable to operate with high level of autonomy, have strong communication skills and be able to communicate plans effectively to ensure high performance.



Successful candidates will need to demonstrate the ability to establish effective relationships and trust with key brands and businesses to enable speedy scaling and accelerating of their business performance on our platform. Prior logistics knowledge is not mandatory, but the candidates will be expected to learn and understand the operational details of the program.

**Responsibilities**



+ Perform analysis of and identify lead list quality, feeding back to BU

+ Use existing leads lists of potential new eBay merchants to prioritise and approach sales targets

+ Leverage seller interactions to identify opportunities to improve the eBay acquisition proposition and onboarding process. Proactively feedback findings to management & BU, and always seek a better way to acquire sellers on to the platform

+ Develop leads lists of potential new eBay merchants based on industry research

+ Report sales activities and progress with onboarded accounts into the eBay CRM system

+ Co-ordinate leads lists and reporting of sales activities with relevant partner groups

+ Deliver and optimise the eBay sales proposition for new merchants via telephone and email

+ Help merchants with the technical aspects of integrating their existing stock management systems to eBay

+ Coach new merchants that have been onboarded in best practices for eBay selling, in order to help them grow in their first year

+ Partner with BU lead to develop annual strategy and quarterly commercial plan

+ Strong with interpersonal skills, with a genuine curiosity for people and businesses, and ability to build trusting relationships with sellers

+ Experienced in supporting customers over the phone in a sales environment

+ Able to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.

+ Consistently achieving results, even under difficult circumstances

+ Able to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet objectives

+ Ability to learn through experimentation when tackling new problems, using both successes and failures as learning fodder

+ Strong with analysing data and draw actionable insights from these

+ Strong in trading acumen, comfortable to operate in a fast-paced trading environment

+ Outstanding in your negotiation skills to source critical inventory and establish joint commercial targets

+ You have excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills

+ Able to operate with agility and to navigate change

+ A Confident self-starter

+ Knowledgeable of our online marketplace



**Experience**



+ Strong experience within a client relationship management environment

+ Previously experience in sales, ideally in an online retail environment

+ Category or vertical specific experience a distinct advantage

+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
