Objectives of this RoleInterpret, build upon, and comply with company UFAS/ GMP+ quality assurance standardsCarefully maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actionsDocument quality assurance activities with internal reporting and auditsDevelop new standards for production and design, with improvements as needed, and create testing protocols for implementation across all service linesIdentify training needs and take action to ensure company-wide compliance Daily and Monthly ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverablesAssist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levelsAnalyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirementsDevelop or update company complaint and inspection procedures to ensure capture and investigation, as well as proper documentation of complaintsMonitor risk-management procedures, and maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and product developmentProvide training and support to quality assurance team on systems, policies, procedures, and core processesEnsuring the approve vendor list is up to date at all times and all relevant raw materials specifications are on file and readily achievable Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Science, preferably +3 years' experienceProfessional certification, such as Six Sigma, Quality Engineer, or Quality Auditor desirable.Good computer competence, including database managementKnowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and toolsAnalytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsDemonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices and defect management practiceOur role in supporting diversity and inclusionAs an international workforce business, we are committed to sourcing personnel that reflects the diversity and values of our client base but also that of Orion Group.
