Accounts Payable Assistant (construction)Dublin South, Sandyford€NegRequired for large construction company based in Sandyford, South Dublin.The successful candidate will work in accounts payableMain duties:Receiving, processing and verifying of invoices on to the financial system - Adest.Agreeing invoices to purchase orders and delivery dockets.Liaising with sites/managers to have invoices approved and queries resolved.Managing the payment of suppliers in line with credit terms.Creditor reconciliations and adjustments.Adhoc duties as required.Hours:Full Time8.30 - 5pm Mon-Thursday8.30 - 4pm FridayExperience:1 to 2 years, Preferably in Construction or similar sector.To register your interest, please send CV to john.behan@icds.ie or call (phone number removed)
