Our client is seeking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join their team to work on projects based in Galway. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience on large Commercial and Residential projects.Job Description:Assisting with the preparation of monthly internal valuations and cost reportsAssisting the Site Management with the management of subcontract packagesAdhering to all policies and procedures and ensure compliance with ISO requirementsSupporting the estimating in the review of quotations at tender stageSite based on large residential and commercial projectsReporting on budgets and variationsAbility to form and develop relationships with client and design teamsCriteria:Degree educated in Quantity SurveyingUnderstanding of construction methodsStrong time management and reporting, writing, analytical and IT skills3 -4 years experience with a main contractorSkills:Quantity Surveying, Pricing, Site ManagementRef: PR/(phone number removed)
