CompanyOur client is a global leading company who develops agricultural products for use in both livestock and crop production, as well as products for the food industry.Role summaryAs the Marketing Manager, you will interact closely with multi-discipline marketing functions including PR, digital marketing, and design that bring marketing campaigns to life, educate audiences, and articulate positions on industry trends. You will have a proven track record and show excellence in collaboration and project management, setting and delivering on commercial goals, working with colleagues from across the organization to ensure marketing activity and messages are consistent with the company vision, values, and priorities.Responsibilities * Develop and implement a clear, compelling, and customer-centric marketing strategy for the company * Play a key role in the company’s leadership team responsible for making timely decisions to direct the future of the Irish business. * Work closely with the company teams to build relationships with their customers and offer collaborative marketing support to key accounts. * Oversee the development of the company communication strategy including advertising, public relations, social media, web, and digital media. * Manage the company Marketing coordinator who will provide a support function for the group company marketing. * Plan, co-ordinate, manage and execute high profile events, tradeshows, and sponsorships * Work with the company's European and global marketing team to devise and implement pan-regional plans and campaigns. * Formulate, agree and maintain the annual budget and measure ROI on marketing activity.Requirements * Ideal candidate will have both a relevant Agriculture and Marketing qualification. * 8+ years' experience in an Agri related marketing role preferable. * Proven track record in building impactful campaigns contributing to commercial success. * Excellent presentation skills. * Strong IT skills.Attributes * Demonstrate strong initiative, excellent organizational and planning skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail. * Good interpersonal skills.RemunerationThe remuneration will be firmed up during the interview process.
