Our client is looking for a Quality Manager with direct responsibility for the management of quality across the entire construction company.Responsibilities:Set up and implement systems and procedures in relation to Construction QualityDevelop, implement and periodically review the Quality PlanLiaise with the senior management team, site and office personnel to ensure compliance with the Quality Plan.Full responsibility for the management of the company Quality Management SystemCarry out regular audits of sites, workshop, assembly shops etc. and issue audit reports to the senior management teamCarry out regular audits of company supply chain and sub-contractors to ensure high standards of quality are maintained and ImplementedRegularly inspect the works for compliance with specification, quality of workmanship and adherence to the Quality PlanKeep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysisEnsure the preparation of the Site QA manual control and supervision of all amendments and revisionsDevelop a site Quality Induction including a strong emphasis on client standard acceptanceVerify quality requirements are specified to vendors and sub-contractor documentation submittalsAttend client quality management PIT meetingsReview quality inspection team qualifications and training requirementsMonitor the disposition of all issued non-conformance reportsMonitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system including recommendation and implementation of improvements when requiredCoordinate all QA/QC activities with the site QC Engineer and site teamCoordinate all quality related correspondence with the Clients representativesControl all documentation upon project completionRequirements:Minimum 4 years’ experience in construction/engineeringThird level qualification or equivalentExperience and proven track record working in a quality role with a large contractorKnowledge of a wide range of construction materials, methods and techniquesExcellent knowledge of relevant ISO standards and practical applicationExperience in delivering Quality trainingProven ability to influence and promote a positive Quality cultureAbility to express ideas clearly in verbal and written formatsRelevant IT skills covering Microsoft packages, web based document management systems, email, etcExcellent time management, planning, organization and prioritization skillsAbility to influence and motivate othersFully flexible to travel internationally if requiredPossess ability to work well as part of a team and independentlyMust have fluent English and be eligible to work in EuropeSkills:Quality Manager, Construction Management, QEHS
