You will be working from home initially.Role & ResponsibilitiesDiary Management for DirectorsScheduling of Meetings – both internal and external Creating Subcontract Order for the Surveying DepartmentProvide support to Supply Chain Manager Arranging Hotel booking for all members of staff as required, keeping register up to date monthly. Arranging travel arrangements (flights etc) for all staffLogging all credit card transactions on workspace Typing of letters, emails, minutes and reportsManagement of filing of documents through Workspace and hard copyUpdate and Maintain Company Seal Register and arrange execution of contract documents/bonds/warranties etcUploading monthly and quarterly cost reports for AccountsCompiling weekly labour reportMaintaining register of all tax and cvrt discs and posting discs to all staffCover Reception for breaksRequirements:3 years’ experience in a similar roleAbility to prioritise work requirements.Proven experience of handling multiple tasksIT Skills – MS Office packages and database experienceMeeting tight deadlines.If this role is something that might suit you, please send cv to (url removed)
