Perm role*Field-basedSalary circa: £50,000 depending on experience.We are recruiting for 2 x field-based Continuous Improvement Leads, who'll be responsible for leading and implementing Lean Six Sigma projects; working with Senior leaders across the business to identify, scope and deliver sustainable improvement projects.You’ll be leading and facilitating Lean/Process improvement-based workshops to generate ideas and solutions, whilst driving the mind-set and behaviour of all key stakeholders - coaching and guiding them to introduce and sustain the new ways of working. This is a hands-on operational role, where you’ll take ownership of change initiatives from evolution/efficiency identification through to project delivery via internal governance and controls, including effective project reporting and risk management.You’ll have experience gained in implementing process improvements and controls, either within a retail, logistics or managed service environment. You’ll have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to influence and work collaboratively with key project sponsors and stakeholders and develop effective working relationship with existing, potential and new clients.As Arcus continues to grow, it’ll be challenging juggling priorities and managing ever-changing business requirements, but with your strategic and innovative approach it’ll be second nature to you. You’ll enjoy working within an engaging, fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same.You’ll be target-driven, articulate and resilient, with excellent Continuous Improvement methodology skills. With Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and a background in Continuous Improvement, you’ll have delivered business improvement projects at Black Belt level.Reporting directly into the Head of Continuous Improvement, you’ll be working 40 hours a week across Mon – Fri, with a degree of flexibility needed due to business requirements.
