This is an exciting time to join the site as we go through this rapid expansion and we’re now on the lookout for an experienced System Analyst, to lead our site into the future. Duties will include:Provide a point of interface for all aspects IT Service Management on siteAct as a gate keeper function to ensure effective transition to Live of all new services with a fully developed end to end support structure to include: processes, KPI’s and SLA’sProcess the procurement of IT hardware purchases in line with Central IT standards and policiesRegularly review IT service delivery with Central IT and local providers, ensuring cost effectiveness and drive Continual Service ImprovementAct as site interface for IT incident management communications Lead a team of site IT engineers to ensuring the successful delivery of day to day operations of on-site IT technologies, liaising with internal and external support teams as necessaryInstall and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications in line with Central IT standards and processesProvide technical support to telephone, email and face to face requests from site usersMonitor and maintain site computer systems and networksDiagnose and solve hardware / software faultsSupport the rollout of new applicationsProvide at all times a professional, courteous and rapid response to individual users, prioritising tasks according to business needMonitor and improve the provision of management reports by means of bespoke and generic MIS through ongoing development and understanding of Microsoft Office and WMS applicationsTo analyse data and provide insight to several business areasTo undertake H&S duties commensurate with the postTo undertake all other tasks as reasonably requested by management Required Skills/ExperienceEssential criteria:Leadership of small IT teamExperience of working in a Service Delivery roleProven track record in IT support for professionalism and efficiencyStrong experience in the use, support and trouble-shooting of Microsoft technologies Good communication skillsAttention to detailProblem solving skillsAbility to summarise lots of complex information and present in a business friendly format. Ideal criteria:Understanding of WMSsAppropriate qualification in Microsoft SupportCustomer facing experience preferableThe closing date for this role will be 12th March
