Role: Information Security ManagerLocation: DublinType: PermanentSalary: Depends on ExperienceAn information security manager is required to join a talented and experienced IT security team with a global company in Dublin.You will work with a global company securing data, information, and infrastructure for clients all over the world. You will contribute to this growth, and lead a security team in achieving the best results to complex issues, for customers globally.Your role as Information Security ManagerYou will work to develop and improve the information security management framework of the business, and work to facilitate risk management processesYou will work across different business functions, to ensure policies, procedures and standards are adhered to on projects and services deliveredYou will manage vendors, ensuring IT security best practiceYou will manage client IT security queries, and address appropriately ensuring an excellent service is deliveredAs information security manager, you will also be responsible for researching security trends, and threats emerging as well as vulnerabilities, and leverage this in enhancing the security posture of the companyYour background as Information Security ManagerBachelors degree in technology or business5+ years of experience within information security rolesCISSP or CISM certifications requiredProven experience with ISO 27001 and NIST frameworksProven experience within IT security including DLP, IPS/IDS, network access and network technology protocols including VPN, LAN, WAN.Previous experience working with vulnerability scanning and tools Sound like what you're looking for?
