Helpdesk Administrator               Cork €25,000                   Are you an experienced Helpdesk professional? Is customer service at the heart of everything you do? Boden Group are recruiting a Helpdesk Administrator to join a Facilities Management business on a new public sector contract. As the first point of contact for customers you’ll be providing a friendly and professional service over the phone, to ensure any queries or maintenance requests are resolved as quickly as possible. The successful candidate will have experience in a helpdesk/call centre environment, with a real focus on delivering the best possible customer service. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Acting as the first port of call for any customers, in a positive and friendly manner. Dealing with customer enquiries and maintenance requests, and keeping customers updated on the progress of their request – through email, website, phone and in-person communication. Ensuring all administration is kept up to date and reporting systems are managed regularly. Logging any maintenance requests and fault reports on the system, ensuring these are logged and responded to in a timely manner in line with the Service Level Agreement. Assisting the Account Manager with admin and reporting on the helpdesk activity and performance. Representing the business to prospective customers and clients, and upholding the company values. Respond to emergencies, during working hours in a professional and diligent manner.    What you’ll need to succeed: Previous experience in a reception/maintenance helpdesk/call centre role Customer-focused with an ability to deliver a high level of customer service Professional and friendly phone manner Excellent communication skills, written and spoken Strong administration and IT skills Positive attitude and able to work well in a team Leaving certificate or equivalent Self-motivated and able to manage your own workload    If you're interested in this role, please apply via this advert with your up-to-date CV.
