Our client, an expert cosmetics brand, are looking for a Sales & Education Manager to take responsibility for the sales development covering the Northern Ireland area. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in reginal sales and education in order to succeed in this role.Key responsibilities: * Regular follow-ups on commercial sales, visiting with new products, promotions and re-stock orders. Ensuring the best service is given at all times and the brands values are constantly kept in mind. * Increase sales by setting up effective plan flows making use of all marketing tools. * Ensure you are an expert on our products, formulas and competition. This is essential for effective and repeat sales. * Carry out event animations in points of sale to sustainably boost sales * Keep on top with organisation, ensuring all visits and meetings are carried out in a timely manner. Your agenda must be able to be consulted at any time by your Senior Manager * Track and report your activity to your Senior Manager weekly * Ensure you are approachable and professional at all times, especially when dealing with current and potential customers.Experience: * Regional sales and education experience * Keen interest in cosmetics and skincare * Ability to build and maintain good working relationships with people at all levels * A friendly, approachable and organised personAs part of the application process, we will store your details on our database.
