This is an exciting time to join the site as we go through this rapid expansion and we’re now on the lookout for an exceptional CI Manager, to manage and lead on continues improvements. Duties will include:To identify, implement and maintain process improvements on the site and throughout the sites various activities where applicable.By collation and analysis of data the post holder will assist the cross functional site teams in identifying performance versus KPI targets. Drive continuous improvement to improve efficiency to reduce CPU, to improve quality to ensure an excellent customer experience and improve service, reducing lead-times where applicable to enhance the customer delivery proposition.To be responsible for the implementation of all change initiativesTo support the management team in the delivery of all KPI‘s and budgets.To support and implement change initiatives and process improvements removing all non-essential waste To recognise opportunities and realise results with minimal directionTo deliver succession plans by developing the onsite teamTo meet operational targets in an effective and timely manner and to meet agreed relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and SLA’s.To make sure that all agreed targets with the customer are met.Focus on the customer to deliver a professional service at all times.Communicate openly, motivate and inspire, create a positive work environment. Required Skills/ExperienceAbility of take initiative and motivate peers and colleagues.Providing effective and accurate information to customers for business cases, period reviews etc Monitor and control the DC to ensure adherence to H&S legal requirementsEstablish, effectively manage & scrutinise operational / behavioural KPI’s Able to share best practiceImplementing Six Sigma/ CI principles Excellent computer skills and knowledge of warehouse management systemsE-Com knowledge would be an advantageThe closing date for this role is 12th March 2021
