We are looking for a Hard FM biased Facilities manager to join our prestigious IFM delivery site team in Dublin. To be successful in this role, you would have experience managing a sizeable value site (€1m and above), have excellent leadership and communication skills, you must also have experience in budgeting, CAFM systems and solid exposure to client interaction.We offer a great role with great progression opportunities, a salary up to €65,000 dependent on experience + bonus.Main ResponsibilitiesComprehensive knowledge of contract scope and form (e.g. variation control), managing the FM services to and across the site.Performance management across teams and service lines, reporting and monitoring of performance.Financial management to ensure control of spending and budgets.Assume full responsibility for contract outputs and management of services against contracted scope of works.Ensuring full compliance.Interfacing with Segment teams and Segment subject matter experts via a matrix structure.Cultivate a shares sense of identity among all Sodexo services on site.The single point of contact for all FM activities on the site.The Ideal CandidateEssentialConsiderable experience in a FM leadership/management roleExperience of delivering soft and technical services through a management team across one or more sitesProven experience of managing a high profile, quality led P&L contractExperience of leading a site based and responsibility for budget and profitability Significant experience within a multi service line FM environmentExperience of leading a local project management teamFamiliar with operational excellence techniques/philosophyExcellent relationship management at all levelsHigh level of practical knowledge of SHE and legislative requirementsHigh level of practical knowledge of technical services or relevant technical qualification, and soft servicesDesirableFacilities/Engineering degree/Technical backgroundQualified engineer or equivalent qualificationsExperience in Corporate Services environmentBIFM or CIBSE desirableSoft Services qualification and/or experienceAbout The CompanyIn the UK and Ireland, Sodexo employs some 36,000 employees to deliver integrated facilities management services to clients at over 2,000 locations in the energy, corporate, healthcare, education, leisure, defence and justice sectors.
