Immediate start available.Requirements: * Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role. * Design of Mechanical Services for residential and commercial developments from concept to handover. * Incorporation of innovative and sustainable designs to meet complex client requirements and building reservations. * Experience of conducting an analysis of major industrial utility systems to identify cost effective energy efficiency improvements. * Carry out mechanical services surveys of existing developments.For further information, please contact Mick
