- Prepare energy audits/ energy assessments detailing path to full deep retrofits or eligibility for sustainable energy systems.
- Prepare post works BER in line with regulatory requirements
- Organise workloads and set up site visits as allocated
- Liaise with clients and contractors as necessary
- Update project management systems
- At all times, adopt a safe behaviour by exercising due regard for the health and safety of yourself, colleagues, and clients, in line with the Company's policies and procedures
- Ensure full compliance with the Company's Code of Integrity, and act in accordance with SGS Ireland's Equality & Diversity Policy
- A minimum of two years relevant experience
- Ideally Degree in Building Surveying (or similar), Cert or Diploma in Construction Studies
- QQI Level 6 course – BER Rating of Dwellings
- The ability to measure buildings and use AutoCAD to draw up the basic outline of the plans
- Open to candidates with a trade background, willing to upskill
- Full Driving License
- Good knowledge of the materials of construction and building service
- Knowledge of Irish building regulations
