    Marketing and Sales Manager Role at {company}

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Sales Manager to lead our property sales efforts. The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective marketing strategies, drive sales growth, and build strong relationships with clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote properties and attract potential buyers
    • Create engaging property listings, advertisements, and promotional materials
    • Leverage online platforms, social media, signage, and print media to reach a wider audience
    • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities
    • Generate leads, screen prospective purchasers/tenants, and coordinate property viewings
    • Provide guidance and assistance to buyers, including negotiation support and market insights
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of sales and customer satisfaction
    • Maintain accurate records and manage relevant documents and registers
    • Address after-sales queries and issues promptly and efficiently

    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
    • Flexibility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required
    • Excellent organisational and time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively
    • Strong collaborative skills to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
    • Strong analytical skills to identify issues, assess risks, and develop effective solutions
    • Adherence to ethical standards and professional integrity in all dealings with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
    • Proven experience in property sales and marketing
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets
    • Knowledge of property management principles, real estate laws, regulations, and industry standards
    • Full clean Irish driver's licence
    • PSRA licence (preferred)

    Additional Comments:

    • The role may require occasional travel to attend property viewings, meetings, and industry events
    • Work hours may vary, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules and property management needs

    Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum
