- Experience of group facilitation or similar engagement process with individuals, their family members/carers, and supporters.
- A thorough understanding supported by practical experience of delivering service improvement through coproduction in recovery orientated services in mental health.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to build and maintain work relationships through flexibility adaptability, openness and leading by example.

We are seeking applications for an Engagement and Recovery Officer who will work alongside our multidisciplinary team.
