Our client, a dynamic US multinational in the healthcare & medical testing sector who recently set-up in the Irish market, are now experiencing a significant period of growth & as a result are now looking to further expand their operation & have engaged with us in Cpl to help recruit an experienced Sales Managerto join the team & head up their sales function.

The Job :

As a key part of the leadership team, you will take control of the sales function & primarily be responsible for new business development as well as expanding business level with existing clients across Ireland. More specifically you will develop & execute sales strategies, identify new business opportunities & target markets, manage the sales pipeline from enquiry/quotation to closure, deliver engaging client focused proposals & presentations, attend networking & industry events, prepare complex sales KPI reports & support the wider leadership team with their commercial needs.

Your Skills & Experience that we need :

• 3rd level degree qualified ideally in business studies, commerce or a related discipline.
• 4-5+ years proven B2B sales experience.
• Experience in the healthcare, medical services or a related sector is essential.
• Proven experience in managing quotation & tendering proposals.
• Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to engage with clients at all levels.
• Strong IT knowledge & ability to network.
• Full & clean Irish driving license ideally.

The Offer :

The is a full time/permanent position with base salary, depending on experience/qualifications, of approx. 65-75k with strong further growth expected.

Territory to be covered will include all of Ireland with 2-3 days based in office per week so candidates must ether be based in this region or willing to relocate here.
