We are expanding our service and product offering for our customers all the time.

    As we continue to expand our central Fresh foods replenishment solution we are now recruiting for the role of Team Leader. As a Fresh Foods Replenishment Team Leader you will be responsible for managing a team of up to 8 supply chain planners as well as playing a key role in the implementation and roll out of our central ordering system.     Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and develop the supply team skills through active engagement and coaching of replenishment models appropriate for the business requirements and product demand characteristics.
  • Fulfilment of required stock from suppliers to Distribution Centre to Stores, through the use of our central ordering system.
  • Manage and report on the overall replenishment activities and performance of the Team Leader's category products.
  • Collaborate with Buyers and Operators to ensure the overall balance of supply and demand to offer our customers the freshest product daily.
  • Achieve key KPI's for Availability, Stock Holding and Waste.
  • Efficiently develop, implement and execute promotional and seasonal events
  • Requirements :

  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a FMCG environment.
  • Experience working with inventory management systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including proven presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Encourage an open, honest and positive team environment.
  • Results-oriented and process driven, with high expectations of self and team.
