Eviosys is a new company formed when KPS Capital Partners acquired the EMEA food and consumer packaging business of Crown Holdings Inc.Eviosys has 6,300 employees in 44 manufacturing facilities across 17 countries and is Europe's largest steel and aluminum food packaging manufacturer.The Irish Eviosys plant is located in Athy, Co. Kildare where they specialise in producing high-quality metal packaging for the infant formula and clinical nutrition markets.

The Manufacturing Team Lead will be directly responsible for the factory floor's manufacturing operations, including safety, product quality, production efficiency, process adherence, and people management within their shift.

Job Responsibilities:

• Management of end-to-end production line – ensuring that lines are run in line with priority production plans, overseeing all team members across the production and operations functions, including night shifts/evening shifts and in the absence of other supervision.
• Assist in matching production and planning schedules.
• Provide rapid and effective interventions to minimise downtime, ensuring that the shift meets production targets.
• Manage all manufacturing documentation including safety, quality, and manufacturing to ensure that all procedures are followed on the shift.
• Deliver a safe manufacturing environment by adhering to processes and procedures and implementing safety initiatives.
• Ensure that safety, quality, and production standards are maintained at a high level, and to legal and company standards.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards in a highly sensitive market and constantly strive to improve product quality.
• Identify and escalate any performance issues to the Operations Manager and HR Manager.
• Coordinate and oversee the running of the shift – allocating duties within each shift as required.
• To monitor time and attendance – absences and lateness.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 Years Experience within a Team Lead role within a Manufacturing Environment.
• Degree Qualified or relative experience to the role.
• Strong Communication and Problem Solving Skills.
• Proven Leadership and Decision Making Skills.

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday (12 am - 8 am)
