A well-established Leading Developer is seeking a Site Engineer to work on a residential development project in Dublin


Duties:
Verify calculations in plans, drawings, and quantities. Interpret contract design documents from the client or architect and monitor them. Collaborate with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the project workforce. Conduct setting out using instruments chosen by the company. Report work progress to the Package Manager, addressing issues, and providing technical guidance. Manage quality and coordinate BCAR compliance. Adhere to planning, health and safety, and environmental standards. Provide weekly and monthly reports to site teams, key stakeholders, and partners.


Requirements:
3rd level Engineering Degree/Diploma. Proficiency in use of Engineers Level, EDM/Total Station. 3+ years experience & setting out experience.


Package:
