    Lecturer in Physiology, Department of Physiology, School of Medicine, College of Medicine and Health

    Fixed Term Whole-Time Post

    (to 31st July 2025)

    UCC wishes to appoint an academic to the role of Lecturer in Physiology. Reporting to the Head of Department of Physiology, the appointee will contribute to the newly established MSc Clinical Measurement Physiology programme ( focused on the education and training of next generation clinical measurement physiologists. The appointee will have experience of teaching and assessment of clinically-relevant physiology to allied health students, a proven track record of internationally competitive research activities and outputs, aligned with UCC Futures – Future Ageing & Brain Science ( and evidence of academic scholarship commensurate with the post.

    Appointment may be made on the Lecturer Above the Bar Salary Scale: €73,691- €95,434 (Scale B)
