    Description

    Head Office based Accounts and Operations Executive

    We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and passionate professional to join our team as a Head Office based Accounts and Operations Executive. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and financial management for our beauty brand.

    Responsibilities:

    • Financial Management: Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, including vendor payments and customer invoicing
    • Inventory Management: Monitor and optimize inventory levels across retail locations to meet demand while minimizing excess
    • Operational Support: Assist in coordinating logistics, supply chain, and store operations to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
    • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare financial reports, analyze data, and provide insights to support business decisions
    • Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards

    Requirements:

    • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data and suggest improvements
    • Knowledge of the beauty industry will be advantageous
    • Strong project management skills; strategic thinker
    • Strong relationship builder; deadline and KPI oriented
    • Team player with ability to work cross-functionally
    • IT skills; advanced Excel
    • Analytical and numerate
    • Able to work under pressure
