    Description

    Oversees all aspects of Hotel operation in accordance with Company standards, including maximisation of financial performance, guest satisfaction, and staff development within established quality standards.

    Responsible for the day-to-day management of the hotel and its staff.

    Planning, organising and directing all hotel services, including front-of-house (reception, sales & marketing, reservations, accounts), food and beverage operations, and housekeeping.

    Key Job Aims Create a working environment that includes the development of colleagues. Promote exceptional delivery in customer service. Ensure emphasis on achieving revenue. All duties are carried out in line with the Hotels guidelines and business plan. Efficient operation and cost control of all hotel departments and facilities. Guest rooms and public areas are consistently maintained to attractiveness, comfort and cleanliness standards. Food and beverage consistently maintained to standards of quality, innovativeness, service and presentation. Energy consumption is monitored and minimized. Requirements Previous experience at an operations level within busy 3 or 4-star hotel with a strong knowledge of all departments within the hotel with a particular emphasis on food & beverage/ sales & events and the new initiatives/innovations taking place within the industry A strong proven track record in achieving results/targets Must have an excellent understanding of hotel financials Strong people management and communication skills Must be fluent in the English Language both written and spoken Skills: Management Financial Performance Staff Development Food and Beverage Rooms Division Quality Standards Budgeting
