    A key role in the Legal Department at Arista awaits a detail-oriented and highly organized Compliance Administrator. This position offers an opportunity to support the company's global compliance and legal operations.

    The Compliance Administrator will manage due diligence processes, maintain compliance records, oversee legal workflows, assess risk, and drive improvements to the compliance program, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Triage and provide frontline support for compliance inquiries and issues.
    • Maintain and update legal forms and templates, including anticorruption, NDAA, and COO documents.
    • Oversee FCPA and trade compliance due diligence, including screening and certifications.
    • Administer compliance tools and identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
    • Coordinate document reviews for internal investigations and track remediation efforts and progress.
    • Manage third-party certification projects, negotiate basic redlines, and maintain accurate records.
    • Monitor evolving anti-corruption and trade compliance regulations and ensure adherence to these standards.
    • Assist in updating compliance training materials, including anticorruption, trade compliance, and travel and entertainment guidelines.
    • Collaborate with various departments on policy reviews and legal initiatives to drive best practices.
    • Conduct thorough third-party risk reviews for anticorruption, trade compliance, conflicts of interest, and other regulatory risks.
    • Maintain compliance and training trackers to ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding items and tasks.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate with 3+ years of experience in legal compliance, legal operations, or a related field.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct legal and factual research with accuracy and precision.
    • Excellent organizational skills that enable you to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
    • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and compliance tools such as Dow Jones, Orbis, and E2Open.
    • Ability to assess compliance risks and support due diligence processes with ease.
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and evolving regulatory requirements with agility and flexibility.
    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
