    Bid Coordinator for Commercial Construction in Hyper-scale Data Centre Project

    This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Bid Coordinator to take their career to the next level. A well-established Data Centre Contractor based in Dublin has an urgent need for an experienced Bid Coordinator.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Coordinate the various elements of the prequalification and tender submission process, including communication and coordination across the team for each submission.
    2. Prepare content for inclusion in submission documents, drawing from existing precedents or requiring original drafting reviewed by senior managers.
    3. Collaborate with our design team to create visual supports as needed.
    4. Analyze post-submission results to improve processes and submissions.
    5. Maintain a centralized database of proposal content, templates, and case studies, working with the Bid Manager to update and enhance it.
    6. Stay up-to-date with proposal management tools and technologies to optimize efficiency and quality.

    Key Requirements:

    1. At least 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a construction or engineering environment.
    2. Excellent written communication, time management, and organizational skills.
    3. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines to meet business needs.
    4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard.
    5. Attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
    6. Able to effectively engage with diverse teams of senior individuals.
    7. Self-motivated and proactive, committed to completing assignments.
    8. Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams).
    9. InDesign proficiency is desirable but not essential.
