    Account Executive - Mid Market (UK/Ireland)

    About the Role

    The Account Executive role provides an extremely unique opportunity—we're looking for talented individuals who can manage a high velocity sales cycle while navigating a strategic sales process.

    One fundamental belief is that Account Executives should spend time engaging with interested prospects, managing sales cycles to help potential customers evaluate our product, closing revenue from demos, and working with our Customer Success team to ensure a seamless transition to our platform.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Maintain a pipeline of high value prospects to forecast revenue accurately.
    2. Own the sales cycle from initial discovery and demo to contract signature.
    3. Consistently attain and overachieve quota on a monthly basis.
    4. Become a product expert across our entire platform and understand our competitive landscape.
    5. Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth transition for new customers.

    Requirements

    1. 4 years sales experience, particularly in SaaS markets selling B2B.
    2. Experience carrying a €900,000+ annual quota.
    3. Success in the top 10% of sales organizations.
    4. Experience selling HRIS/HCM software and/or security related products.
    5. Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
