    Healthcare Assistant Position

    Role Summary: Support residents in daily activities, promoting independence and dignity. Establish relationships based on respect and equality.

    Responsibilities:

    • Deliver person-centred care with respect for residents' privacy and dignity.
    • Promote person-centred care ethos.
    • Organise and participate in social outings and activities.
    • Maintain resident areas in a neat and hygienic state.
    • Assist management during audits and inspections.
    • Be flexible and available for day, night, and weekend shifts.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in care of the older person in a residential setting.
    • Good health and safety procedures.
    • A caring attitude towards older people.

    Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
