This is an excellent opportunity to join this highly successful team in a leadership role and develop the sales strategy from inbound to more outbound. You will coach and develop this high-performing team to introduce outbound sales initiatives into the strategy. Leading by example, you will develop robust sales processes, establish best practices in this expanding Irish company.

This is a hands-on role where you will work with the more complex client queries, develop the staff to be able to take responsibility and nurture their career development. You will use data to aid decision-making and develop insights, manage poor performers and high performers to utilise career advancement.

It is essential you have no less than 5 years in a sales role with no less than 1 year as a Team lead or Manager in a B2B and B2C environment. You will have a track record of success so you can quickly impact on this team.
