    What's the role about? Join our dynamic Retail team as a Sales Manager.

    In this pivotal new role, you'll support the management team, ensuring team members are motivated to achieve targets and maintain a safe, efficient store environment.


    Who you are:
    Previous experience of supervising a teamStrong background in a customer facing role ideally within a premium or luxury environmentAbility to guide and coach othersFlexibility and ability to adapt to changing prioritiesAbility to work in a fast-paced retail environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organisational and decision-making skillsExcels under pressureWhat you'll be doing: Delivering a premium, genuine and tailored customer service experience which exceeds our customers' expectationsActing as a role model; inspiring and guiding your team with dedication, integrity and genuine warmthDriving sales by monitoring the team's KPIs and leading by example with exceptional serviceWorking with the store leadership team to ensure clarity of business plan is cascaded throughout the teamProviding in-depth knowledge of our brand and our products to our customers and your teamActively engaging and undertaking duties that support the store operationsDelivering team briefs and contributing to team meetingsSupporting the store management in assisting with team developmentWhat we'll do for you: Business wear allowanceEmployee discount up to 75%Sales and service bonus schemeRefer a friend bonus schemeLong Service bonus schemeContributory pension schemeStructured training and development programs
