    Description
    Due to growth an Irish Real Estate Fund is bringing a new Corporate Finance Manager role to market.

    This is a rare opportunity to join an established Real Estate Fund at a Senior level in the business and put your own systems and relationships in place.


    You will:
    Lead portfolio management and analysis for 4 internally managed funds and lending vehicles


    Prepare Financial Reports:
    Use strong Excel and accounting skills to manage reports and distributions for lending vehicles and investment funds. Develop, implement, and run KPIs for measuring and tracking portfolio and fund performance.


    Optimise Funding Costs:
    Monitor market conditions and interest rates, implementing hedging strategies


    Manage Cash Flow:
    Oversee liquidity for operational needs and funding obligations, utilising forecasting models. Prepare financial models and investor presentations for fund-raising.

    Prepare financial models, reports, and presentations for key stakeholders including the board, banks and other credit providers, and parent company.


    Experience:
