    Description


    The Cork International Hotel is seeking to recruit a Receptionist to join their team. If you have experience in a guest facing roles and love dealing with guests then this is the role for you. Full training will be given with a training buddy assigned to you.

    This is an opportunity to begin or recommence your career with a hotel group where learning and development, internal promotion are key to how we work.

    The main duties will include:

    • Checking-in and out of guests
    • Answer calls and relaying messages to staff and guests
    • Balancing guests account
    • Providing excellent customer service for our guests

    The ideal candidate:

    • Previous experience in a guest facing role preferably in a hotel
    • Good communication and IT skills
    • Have a passion for delivering excellent customer service
