- Receiving and processing user, hardware andsystem problems, from inquiry to solution, in cooperation with theteam
- Configuration, documentation,installation, troubleshooting and handover of hardware and software
- Installation of updates, hotfixes and newreleases
- User creation, administration andassignment of rights in various applications
- Completed IT training or a comparablequalification obtained by other means
- Strongaffinity for information technologies and interest in newtechnologies
- Preferably initial professionalexperience in support and user care
- Experienced with Windows systems, standard software and networktechnologies and ideally know-how in Linux and / or other operatingsystems
- Good knowledge of standard ITcomponents (PC, notebook, printer, peripherals, etc.) andsmartphones and ideally in the area of telephone systems
- Business fluent in written and spoken Germanand technical English
