Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Blending detergents, chemicals, water treatment products and food ingredients as per S.O.P. (Standard Operating Procedure) / Formulation.

- Labelling containers and filling off product.

- Ensure mixing tank cleanliness after each batch produced.

-Completion of Production Records-Job I.D. Cards, Production Logs, Cleaning Records etc.

- Maintaining a clean workplace.

-Movement of raw materials and finished products within the warehouse using forklifts and other material handling equipment.

- Liaising with Production Manager in timely fashion on safety issues, when breakdowns occur, or repairs are needed.

- Washing IBC's as and when required.

REQUIREMENTS:

Previous experience working in a manufacturing facility, essential.

Previous chemical production, essential.

Forklift experience required.

Full Clean drivers Licence.
