    A Field Service Engineer position has become available in our team.



    About the Role



    This role will provide on-site support for tool-down situations and service agreement commitments, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.



    Main Responsibilities:


    • Deliver highly visible front-line support for field service activities at customer sites;
    • Perform maintenance and repair of products in line with company standards;
    • Conduct fault-finding and troubleshooting to resolve or elevate issues within agreed timeframes;




    The ideal candidate should possess a University degree or formal qualification in electrical, electromechanical, or mechanical discipline. They should also have a minimum of 2 years' experience in field service roles within related industries. Additional requirements include strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, as well as proficiency in PC skills.
