    What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?

    You are detail oriented, meticulous in following processes and procedures and pick up omissions easily. You can communicate effectively across a diverse range of teams, at all levels of the organisation. You are experienced in operating in a validated/regulated environment and have experience in managing the procedures associated with Maximo or a similar computerised maintenance, or enterprise asset management, system.

    • Experience working in validated/regulated environment.

    Responsibilities

    Manage Maximo EAM System administration, consisting of configuration modules, workflow development and general system administration. Serve as SME and primary contact for Maximo EAM System Users and IT support. Manage, review and update all Maximo documentation on site. Assist in adding, modifying and granting access to Maximo EAM System. Ensure all new additions to Maximo adhere to minimum data requirements. Complete regular reviews of system to determine current state of health. Work with IT to apply, test and verify fixes/patches to Maximo EAM System. Support Maximo EAM System Upgrade Projects Identify and communicate Maximo EAM System defects to vendor and/or IT. Make basic modifications to Maximo EAM System screens using a screen editor on demand. Archive and restore data; support and maintain Maximo EAM System reports; run queries and create ad hoc reports. Create and run regular reports; working with relevant teams to develop metrics and KPIs. Monitor Maximo EAM System performance; troubleshoot and resolve technical problems. Serve as liaison between vendor and Maximo EAM System Users to resolve issues. Support all Maximo environments, including testing, development, pre-prod, training and production.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Efficiently use Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint essential)
    • Level 6 (Leaving Cert) at a minimum.
    • Experience with Maximo a distinct advantage
    • Previous system administrative experience (5+ years)

    What does leadership look like?

    This role reports to Orlagh Costello, our Engineering Services Manager. You will join Orlagh's team of 11, working together to ensure reliable functioning of the production equipment.
