- Operating in a dynamic setting, responsible for applying and showcasing ingredient products for the meat and related industries.
- Leading research, encompassing new product development and application work for the meat sector.
- Maintaining an active knowledge of various Kerry technologies and innovations.
- Collaborating with diverse teams to optimize Kerry's strengths and provide the best technical Taste and Nutrition experience for clients.
- Addressing customer requests, internally and externally, through project phases from concept to troubleshooting, commercialization, and manufacturing.

- Robust knowledge of meat formulation and experience in a commercial meat plant or R&D facility.
- Understanding and experience in functional ingredients, taste ingredients, and technologies for meat formulations and processing.
- Technical expertise in various meat processes, formulations, technologies, and ingredients.
- Minimum BSc/MSc in Food Science or related field with data collation experience.
- Team player mindset, collaborating with technology-focused scientists and the broader meat team.
- Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, troubleshooting and problem-solving efficiently.
- Flexibility, multitasking abilities, and meeting challenging deadlines.
- Analytical and report-writing skills for technical and non-technical audiences using a scientific approach.
