    Zurich Life Assurance plc is seeking a highly skilled individual to join their team as a Group Pensions Premiums Team Administrator.

    About the Role:

    • Ensure pension scheme contributions are uploaded correctly and in accordance with established procedures.
    • Verify all required actions and controls around the contribution upload process are accurately and consistently adhered to.
    • Reconcile and record group scheme contribution accounts with precision.
    • Notify scheme contacts of applied contributions while requesting outstanding information.
    • Timely chase outstanding requirements to facilitate the contribution upload process.

    Your Skills and Experience:

    • Hold a Third Level Qualification.
    • Possess strong numerical ability.
    • Have an excellent working knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
    • Acknowledgeable of the pension scheme contribution process (desirable).
    • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
    • Well-organised and capable of working to tight deadlines.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently.
    • Enthusiastic, ambitious, and self-motivated.
    • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with colleagues and clients.
