    Description

    The White Sands Hotel in Portmarnock is in search of a skilled Receptionist to join our Front Office Team.

    You will be in charge of the day-to-day check-ins and check-outs, managing phone operations, and providing top-notch customer service at the hotel.


    Key Responsibilities for this Position:
    • Registering arriving guests and ensuring registration procedures are followed
    • Communicating information effectively with guests and colleagues
    • Answering the switchboard warmly and handling guest requests professionally
    • Managing reservations, cancellations, and billing in line with company policies
    • Assisting guests during check-out and following billing procedures

    The Ideal Candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in hotel front office or reception roles, possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate a pleasant telephone manner, be customer service-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking. Proficiency in computer systems, particularly Guestline or similar hotel platforms, is preferred.
