    Description

    Lead WTG related activities for offshore wind projects, at various phases of project maturity. Assess WTG design, certification process, manufacturing, delivery, installation, commissioning and provide regular internal updates around technology advancements and market conditions.Provide Technical due diligence for wind projects to support potential acquisitions. Lead and support WTG procurement processes within Engineering & Major Projects (EMP), including development of strategies, preparation of tender documents, assessment of tender returns, and contract negotiations with WTG suppliers.Interact and coordinate with other EMP disciplines, e.g. foundation, transport and installation, wind resource, O&M etc.Follow-up of WTG supplier during execution phase, including attendance at e.g. FAT, SAT, commissioning, and installation activities. Act as contract manager during the execution of WTG installation contracts with the responsibility of contract compliance, claims management, stakeholder management, invoicing, variation initiation and management. REQUIRED:

    • A pro-active, enthusiastic, and commercially focused individual, with a minimum of 7 year's relevant work experience, onshore or offshore, a proven ability to collaborate and engage with stakeholders, an ability to work on own initiative andstrong report writing capability.
    • Experience in leading the preparation of technical specifications and associated documents for WTG procurement in addition toa strong understanding of turbine supply agreements including management of same, and experience in the development of CAPEX and OPEX models.
