- Assisting our PIA (Physical Infrastructure Access) and Project Design Teams with daily administrative tasks to ensure a smooth flow across various workstreams.
- Contribute to all administrative tasks in relation to PIA, Survey, Design and Build
- Coordination with the Project design and delivery team on updates from site activities
- Updating and maintaining project trackers each day – including monitoring all activities against SLA's
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the Management Team
- Attend client meetings where required.
- Data entries to relevant project portals, including BT Openreach PIA applications
- Ensuring that BT engineering principles are adhered to.
- Daily quality checks for sufficient uploads from field for all PIA activities.
- Assisting the Project Team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to client's requirements.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team.
- Client focused.
- Attention to detail, conscientious and have an ability to work on your own initiative.
