GPC Finance is working closely with a practice based in Dublin, seeking a new Accountant Assistant .

As an Accountants Assistant within this practice you will gain an excellent opportunity to work with senior Accountants and will be an integral part of the finance team.

Feedback has been extremely positive and have ensured accounts assistants have exposure to partners, senior managers and directors daily.

This leading Irish professional services firm will provide you with continuing professional training and development together with giving you exposure to leading clients in a relatively short space of time.

Role You will be responsible for assisting the finance function whilst working with qualified accountants Developing your skills in the preparation of Accounts and Tax matters This company offers a friendly and cohesive working environment You will be responsible for assisting the finance function Excellent training and professional development within the company and you will be encouraged to take on more responsibility as you develop Requirements Minimum 2+ years working in a busy accounting environment within the Irish market Must be pursuing a professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CPA) Ability to be flexible and work effectively both within a team and independently Proficiency in Excel/Xero/SAGE/CaseWare would be an advantage Must be eligible to work in Ireland Salary & Benefits €35,000 €40,000 Flexible working hours and Hybrid working available Full study support package Great location on a busy commuter belt Excellent career progression If you are a Part-Qualified Accountant considering a career move, please feel to send your CV or contact Katie Garvey for a confidential discussion.
